化工设备腐蚀与防腐研究
摘要
化工设备的腐蚀从现象上有全面腐蚀,局部腐蚀,从腐蚀机理上有化学腐蚀,电化学腐蚀。其中电化学腐蚀是最普遍,危害也最大的一种腐蚀形式。通过合理选材,优化设备,电化学保护,耐腐蚀涂料可以减缓和防止化工设备的腐蚀。所有化工设备产生腐蚀的原因,75%都是因为表面处理不当引起的。目前用耐腐蚀涂料来防止化工设备表面腐蚀最为简单、经济、有效,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract

prevent corrosion of chemical equipment is simple, economic, effective, and has a good prospect of application.
