基于供应链管理的 VMI 库存研究
摘要
在世界经济迅猛发展的条件下,企业竞争日趋激烈,由于销售差价
率低,经销风险越来越大,为了控制成本,加强企业竞争力,企业已逐渐
认识到了供应链管理的重要性,并且将节省物流成本作为企业发展的第
三利润源。
然而,如何在更好的满足终端需求的同时,降低整个供应链的库存,
已经成为了供应链管理面临的核心问题。库存是企业资产的一种形式,
企业拥有库存,从资产负债表上,没有任何损失。但是从供应链管理角
度,库存会给企业以及供应链带来巨大的损失, 生产企业物料库存占用
大量资金、人力与场地,造成资金不能及时周转,场地不能充分利用,
并消耗大量管理资源,使企业无形中增加了生产成本,降低了企业的市
场竞争力。因此“优化物流,降低库存”就成为企业控制成本,增加盈利
的一个重要途径。
本文通过对传统的库存管理方法和供应链环境下库存管理的分析,
引出一种适应供应链环境的库存管理方法——供应商管理库存(VMI,
vendor managed inventory),并对 VMI 的定义和实施方法进行了探讨。
同时,通过分析 M 公司库存存在的问题 VMI 管理模式应用状况, 分析并
提出了 M 公司 VMI 后续改进方向。
本文的研究,对于生产企业提高库存管理水平,增强企业竞争力有
参考意义。

ABSTRACT
With rapid development of the world economy, enterprises was facing a fierce
competition, however, petition es worse with the low margin of trading. In
order to control costs and enhance petitiveness, enterprises recognized the
importance of supply chain management, meanwhile, saving Logistics cost costs e
the third sources of profits.
However, how to offer a satisfaction distribution to the ender user while reducing the
unnecessary inventory was ing the core issue. Inventory is a form of corporate
assets, there is no loss if we only consider the inventory from the balance sheet. But from
the perspective of supply chain management, inventory will bring great losses to the
enterprises, storage for raw material and final production take up a lot of extra warehouse
space while occupied extra money and also resulting in inefficient funds flow. In order to
manage the increasing business costs, it is really important to apply the method of
‘optimization of logistics, reduced inventory’ which can control costs and increase
profitability to the manufacturing industry.
