摘要
SMS复合非织造材料生产中纵横向机械性能差别化是聚合物成网法复合非织造材料生产中最常见的一个问题,会影响生产的产品的质量和产品的使用性能。解决SMS复合非织造材料纵横向机械性能差异问题可以提高SMS复合非织造材料的产品质量和机械性能。
本文在对影响SMS复合非织造材料纵横向机械性能差异的因素的分析和生产过程的基础上,通过对SMS复合非织造材料的生产过程的分析,主要从纤维切片的原料、种类和规格性能;采用的成网方法(纺粘和熔喷成网法)和工艺参数(侧吹风风速、风量);采用的固网方法(热轧加固法)和工艺参数(热轧辊的温度和压力)等方面影响SMS非织造布纵横向强力差异的部分因素做了一些分析,如:纤维切片原料的性能直接影响产品的性能,侧吹风的风速影响成网的均匀性,进而影响SMS非织造布纵横向强力的差异等。

Abstract
posite nonwoven material production in vertical and horizontal
mechanical properties of polymer decreases, it pound non-woven materials s method production of one of the mon problems, affects the quality of the product and production of product use performance. Solve posite nonwoven materials vertical and horizontal mechanical performance differences can improve posite nonwoven material product quality and mechanical properties.
In this paper, influence posite nonwoven materials to mechanical properties and the analysis of the factors and the differences in the production process of basis, through posite nonwoven material production process analysis, mainly from the fibers of the raw materials, the types and slice specification; the method (spinning s melt-spurt thickness and s method) and process parameters (side-blown wind speed, air velocity); using s method (hot-rolled consolidation method) and process parameters (hot rolls temperature and pressure) on some factors SMS nonwoven vertical and horizontal strong differences do some analysis some factors,such as: fiber raw performance directly affect slice of product performance, the wind speed quench air s the uniformity of the influence, affect SMS nonwoven vertical and horizontal powerful difference, etc.
