制造企业实施绿色供应链管理初探

摘要
随着经济全球化的发展和绿色消费的需要,企业如何在日益激烈地竞
争中获胜是每一个制造企业面临的挑战。本文以制造企业为背景,引入了
绿色供应链管理的思想,论述了制造企业绿色供应链管理的循环运作模
型,提出了绿色供应链管理的实施方法和步骤,设计了绿色供应链管理的
评价方法和体系。同时,本文还结合了 A 公司的案例, 将绿色供应链管理
的理论运用于 A 公司的实践。
随着人们对环境的重视,除了对工业三废污染的关注, 人们还将更加
关心废弃产品的处理情况。为此,制造企业应该尽早将绿色供应链管理纳
入企业的战略当中,着重解决企业与环境、企业与社会之间的矛盾,以求
得企业、环境与社会的"三赢"和可持续发展,从而提高以制造企业为核心
企业的整个供应链的竞争优势.
本文共分为三个部分:
第一章,简述绿色供应链管理的理论,分析我国制造企业的绿色供应
链管理的现状及存在的问题,阐述制造企业进行绿色供应链管理的必要性
及其战略价值。
第二章,论述绿色供应链管理的循环运作模型、基本原则、以及实施
的关键因素,实施的方法和步骤,实施过程中的风险评估和实施效果的评
价。
第三章,通过对 A 公司绿色供应链管理的实例分析,探讨绿色供应链
管理在制造企业的实践应用,并对实施效果给出一定的评价。

Abstract
Abstract
With the development of economy globalization and the requirement of
green consumption, how to win in the daily petition is a challenge
every corporation faced. This paper is based on manufacture enterprises,
introduce the thought of green supply chain management, illustrate the cycle
operation pattern of green supply chain management in manufacture
enterprises, propose the actualization method and steps, devise the evaluation
method and system for green supply chain management. At the same time, this
bines the case of “A” company, apply the theory to the practice in
“A” company.
As people pay more attention to the environment, besides care for the
“three waste” of the industry, people also care for the situation about how to
deal with the waste product. Therefore, manufacture enterprises should take
green supply chain management into the management strategy, solve the
conflict between the enterprise and the environment, between the enterprise
and the society, in order to gain the “three-win” in the enterprise, the
environment and the society and the sustaining development, then enhance the
competition predominance.
