provincial capital city, ’aXni is one of the birthplaces of the ancient
civilization in the Yellow River Basin area of the country.
During X’ian's 3,100 year development, 13 dynasties such as
Western Zhou , Qin , Western H aannd Tang placed their
capitals here. So far, ’aXni enjoys equal fame with Athe雅ns典,
Cairo开罗, and Rome罗马 as one of the four major ancient
civilization capitals.
So,Xi’an, as the capital of thirteen dynasties,records the great
changes of the Chinese nation just like a living history book.
In the Qin dynasty,
the first emperor of china,qin shihuang established the capital
