建筑工程质量关系到建筑物的寿命及其使用功能,不管是对近期经济效益还是远期经济效益都具有至关重要的影响。质量是建筑本身的真正生命,是任何建筑使用价值的最关键的衡量因素。在当今经济建设高度发展和科技日新月异的时代,建筑工程的质量关系到国家经济发展和人民生命财产安全。所以,建筑工程质量至关重要。在建筑施工过程中,任何一个小小环节或是一个细微部位若出现问题,都将会导致严重的后果。而现阶段,工程质量存在问题是建筑工程行业中的通病。本文将从认识建筑工程质量、当今建筑工程质量常出现的问题以及相对应的解决方案,并通过实例分析进而阐述当今建筑工程质量发展的趋势,更好的促进建筑工程质量管理与控制,提高工程质量管理意识,加强施工过程的管理力度,促进建筑行业的健康稳定发展。

Abstract
Construction quality has a large impact on its lifespan and function, as well as both short-term and long-term economic benefits. Quality is the real life of the building and also the crucial factor to access. Nowadays, with economic construction speeding up and science and technology changing quickly, the construction quality not only influence the economy but also the safety of people’s health and wealth. Therefore, it is of great importance. In the process of construction, any tiny part or subtle change of construction can lead to serious consequences. However, it is mon to find out the problems of construction quality in today’s architecture. In this passage, we will brief on how to get to know more about construction quality, mon issues of construction quality and its relative methods, and then give a brief description of the trend of construction quality, contributing to manage construction quality and the control of it. In that way can we improve the consciousness of construction quality management and promote a healthier development of construction industry.
