现代化大批量汽车铸件生产线砂处理系统建设体会

摘要:现代化大批量汽车铸件生产线的砂处理系统对生产线的开动率、生产效率以及产品的质量有着很大
的影响,发挥着很重要的作用。笔者总结经历几次主持砂处理系统的建设工作的体会,对现代化大批量汽车铸件
生产线的砂处理系统建设中必须考虑确保型砂性能稳定达到要求的问题,从回收砂的有效筛选、砂冷却、原材料
的选择、合理的工艺参数设置、配比的精确达到、在线检测等方面进行了论述;
造成的生产中止以及保证现场环境所采取的措施进行了介绍说明

constructionof moldingsand systemhave been several questions discussed,such and filtration as theefficient
cooling ofused molding sand, theselection ofraw materials formolding sand, the reasonable settingof technical parameters for
preparingthe moldsand,the accurateproportion molding of sand,on-line detecting,andSO
