【摘要】目的:总结探讨彩超引导下高频电凝套管针微创治疗血管瘤和脉管畸形的疗效。方法:1963例术前确诊血管瘤和脉管畸形的患者,均采用彩超引导下高频电凝套管针微创治疗。结果:随访1年以上,痊愈1386例,显效353例,有效220例,%。结论:彩超引导下高频电凝套管针微创治疗血管瘤和脉管畸形疗效确切,安全可靠,副反应少。
高频电凝微创术是治疗脉管性疾病的临床疗法,我们对高频电凝仪器做了一定改进,电凝针对表皮正常组织无灼伤,使用改进后的高频电凝仪器进行微创治疗脉管性疾病,取得了显著疗效。
