Chinese tea art is not only bination of tea and art, but also an art of life. The tea art includes : choosing the tea, selecting the water,tea technology, tea set art, choosing and creating the environment and so on.
Drinking tea can help people mold the character, cultivate the morality, taste the life and grasp the truth, and achieve in the spiritual enjoyment.
The History of Tea art
Tea was discovered by Shen Nong and became popular as a drink in the state of Lu because of Zhou Gong”茶之为饮,发乎神农氏,闻于鲁周公

Classification of tea
Chinese tea can be classified in different this section,we will introduce the basic classification system of Chinese tea to you,which is based on the degree of fermentation (发酵程度)of the tea.
According to the system ,Chinese teas can be roughly classified into six species:
Green Tea (绿茶)
Yellow Tea ( 黄茶)
White Tea (白茶)
Oolong Tea (乌龙茶)
Dark Tea (黑茶)
Black Tea (红茶)

Green tea is one of the mon tea we can see in our daily life.
