RMA Control Operation Procedure
Effective Date
1. Objectives:
To solve customers’ RMA immediately and help sales satisfying customers’ request and extending
business.
2. Scope:
Resource is suitable for all production products and sample products.
3. Definition:
Defective Return: Returned defective product for sales.
RMA: Return Material Authorisation.
4. Representative:
SM Dept.: In charge of contacting customers for acceptance, return, confirming the willing to
repair, charge standard, delivery day and request for waive.
MD Dept.: In charge of contacting customers for acceptance, return, confirming the willing to
repair, charge standard, delivery day and request for waive.
QA Dept.: In charge of infrequent return judgement, quality inspection / judgement and record.
ENG & RD: In charge of repairing sample products, technical support and rework instruction.
MMD Dept.: In charge of production scheduling, material requisite, preparing partial products,
storage ponents to return products.
MFG Dept.: In charge of repair or rework, and technical support return products.
