文档介绍：TP方案新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期食管癌的疗效观察
[摘要]目的探讨TP方案新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期食管癌的疗效,为局部晚期食管癌的治疗提供可靠的依据。方法选取2014年1月~2016年3月在我院住院的局部晚期食管鳞癌患者34例进行研究,所有患者均采用TP方案新辅助化疗,每2周期化疗后评价疗效及不良反应,2~4个周期后行手术治疗,无法手术患者予行根治性放疗,观察患者治疗后的疗效及安全性。结果 34例患者经新辅助化疗后完全缓解3例,%,部分缓解15例,%;稳定15例,%,疾病进展1例,%,%。成功行根治性手术23例,%;治疗期间1级不良反应12例,%,2级8例,%,3级3例,%;4级1例,%;无5级不良反应。结论 TP方案新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期食管鳞癌可有效缩小肿瘤体积,提高手术切除率,不良反应轻,值得临床推广应用。
