摘要
针对大多数企业,具有数量众多和较长使用寿命的普通机床,其加工精度较低、不能批量生产,自动化程度不高,自适应性差,但考虑投资成本,产业的连续性,又不能马上被淘汰.
购买新的数控机床是提高产品质量和效率的重要途径,但是成本高,许多企业在短时间内无法实现,,不失为一条投资少、提升产品质量及生产效率的捷径,提升企业竞争力,在我国成为制造强国的进程中,占有一席之地.
数控化改造成经济型车床后的车床自动化程度高,专业性强,加工精度及生产率高;,也是一项提升我国机床数控化的有效途径.
关键词:普通机床;数控改造;济型;意义
Abstract
For panies, with a large number of general machine tools and long service life, Its machining precision is low, not mass production and high degree of automation, adaptability is poor, but considering the cost of investment, industrial continuity, they can not immediately be eliminated.
Buy a C machine tools is an important way to improve product quality and efficiency, but the high costs, panies can not achieve in a short time, which seriously hamper the pace of updating business equipment. To this end the C transformation, after all, a small investment, improve product quality and production efficiency of shortcuts to enhance petitiveness of enterprises in China has e the manufacturing powerhouse in the process, place.
CNC lathes high degree of automation transformed into a lathe after economic, professional and strong, precision and high productivity; to improve industrial production is important. Low mon NC lathe is suited to China's actual situation of an advanced and applicable technologies, but also China'C machine tools an effective way to enhance.
