摘要
本次设计的是广州办公楼空调设计,本工程为一栋集商业办公一体的综合性建筑,总建筑面积约51000平方米,,地上26层,地下2层。本工程空调系统采用风机盘管加新风系统的形式。设计中的建筑主要功能房间有商场和办公室。商场采用新风机组和回风机组,而办公室采用风机盘管加独立新风系统。地下车库进行通风、机械排烟,同时进行补风。设计中主要采用了冷负荷系数法计算了空调房间的冷负荷,通过房间的余湿余热及室内外空气状况,然后选择气流组织和相关设备。布置风管、水管,并且对风管、水管进行水力计算。最后根据房间的面积和功能选择冷水机组及其配套空调设备等。

This design is air-conditioning system design for office in GuangZhou.,The building is a multi-functional integrated construction containing functions of market, total construction area of about 51000 square meters. The library consists of 26 floors on the ground and 2 floors underground, wherein the upper layer is meters high .his project uses independent fresh air with fan architectural design of the main function room with shopping malls and offices. Mall adopt new atmosphere unit and return air units,and offices use independent fresh air with fan garage uses mechanical ventilation and mechanical smork extraction, supplements air at the same design calculates cooling load of air-conditioning room partly by cooling load multiplier to excess heat, surplus humidity in the room and air condition outside and insides, we can calculate air output of air-conditioning room by enthalpy wet and choose air distribution and related , we dispose air pipe and water pipe and carry on the water power calculation .Finally, according to room's area and function. we choose the cold water unit and its proper air conditioning equipment.

地下室用作设备用房与小汽车停放。地下室设自动喷淋和自动报警,采用机械通风、排烟,地下室人防工程由建筑单位与人防办协商解决。
一层为商场、消防控制室和弱电监控机房;二层和三层为商场;四层为办公室和物管用房;五层到二十六层均为办公室。
