摘要
本设计为新疆乌鲁木齐某高层住宅建筑给排水工程,内容包括积水系统、消防系统、排水系统、水雨系统的设计。
室内给水系统采用分区给水方式,地下一层至四层为低区,由市政给水管网直接供水;五层至十一层为中区,十二层至十八层为高区,中区和高区均由变频无负压装置供水。
消火栓给水系统采用临时高压给水系统。
排水系统采用污、废合流制,一层单独排水,卫生间排水立管设专业通气管,厨房的排水立管设申顶通气管即可。污水直接排入管道井排向市政污水管网。
雨水排水采用内排水方式。

ABSTRACT
This project is the water-supply and drainage engineering of Urumqi in XinJiang. It includes the design of Water supply-system, fire water-supply system, sewerage system and rain water system.
The interior water-supply system adopt the way of subregion, the -1~4rd floor is the low district, the source is the municipal water--work. The 5~11rd floor is the middle district, The 12~18rd floor is the high district, which source is frequency conversion and no negative pressure device.
The fire water-supply system adopt temporary high-pressure system.
The drainage system uses the sewage and the waste confluence system, 1F drain asunder , toilet drainage stand pipe can be set professional ventilation tube, the kitchen of drainage stand sewage to disperse into the municipal drainage work directly.
The rain water system adopt the drainage system of indoor system.
