——以广东众生药业有限公司为例
摘要
财务分析是以会计报表资料为依据,采用一系列专门的分析技术和方法,对企业的过去和现在有关的偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力和成长能力状况等进行分析与评价。企业利益相关者(如投资者、债权人、企业经营者、审计和税务部门、中介机构等)通常会以特定目的对企业的财务状况进行分析。本文写作的目的,就是在借鉴国内外财务分析的理论和实践成果的基础上,以投资者的角度进行财务分析,为投资者提供有价值的信息和建议。
本文采用规范性研究方法,将定性分析与定量分析相结合,打破传统方式,以广东众生药业有限公司财务报表为核心,搭建了以战略分析、财务效率分析、财务综合分析为一体的全方位分析体系。
本文的主要内容为:第1章为绪论,主要介绍本文的选题背景与意义,本文的结构及研究方法。第2章为财务分析的基础理论,主要介绍财务分析的基础理论以及传统财务报析的缺陷和改进。第3章是广东众生药业有限公司战略分析,包括企业概况、股东构成、行业特征分析、SWOT分析。第4章是广东众生药业有限公司财务报表分析,主要进行众生药业的盈利能力分析、偿债能力分析、营运能力分析、发展能力分析、评价企业财务效率,在综合分析的基础上得出公司财务状况。以及对众生药业的财务总结及投资建议。最后是结束语,指出了研究工作的重要意义、结论及存在的问题和有待拓展之处。

Investors--Illustrated by the Case of Zhongsheng
Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd Guangdong.
ABSTRAST
The financial analysis ,based on the data in the accounting statements, utilizes a range of specialized analysis techniques and methods to analyze and assess anization's past and present liquidity,profitability,operating ability and growing parties( investors,debtors,enterprisers,audit and tax departments, agencies etc.),which have the economic interest relation with enterprises,usually take special purposes to analyses the financial condition about them. The aim of writing this article is to provide investors with valuable information and advice by using financial analysis based on investors' perspective,which draws on the experience and knowledge of theoretical and practical basis of the results from domestic and foreign financial analysis.
This paper adopts normative research methods, bine qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to break the traditional way ,taking Guangdong zhongsheng pharmaceutical Co., Ltd as the core and building up strategic analysis, financial efficiency analysis, integrated financial analysis as one of the all-round analysis.
