摘要
食品安全是一个全球性问题。在我国,随着市场经济体制的改进与发展,食品安全问题频发,已成为严重制约我国经济和文化发展的毒瘤,政府监管是解决食品安全的重要手段,但由于我国食品安全机制的缺陷和法律法规上的不足,我国的食品安全一直难有成效。对于我国未来的食品安全,政府应适当调整食品安全方面的机制和职能,运用政府公权力涉入食品安全的立法、执法、司法、法律监督方面,加大对不安全食品的打击力度,倡导企业自律和社会监督,解决食品安全这道难题,以确保我国社会主义建设的平稳发展。
本文通过陈述食品安全的重要性,分析我国在食品安全监管方面面临的现状及存在的一系列问题,最后结合国内外知名学者的观点、自己的一些见解和国内对于食品安全的发展趋势的变化,提出加强食品安全监管的思路和对策。

ABSTRACT
Food safety is a global problem. In China, with the improvement and development of the market economic system, food safety problems are frequent and have e a serious malignant tumor restricting China's economic and cultural development. Government regulation is an important means to address food safety problem, but due to the defects of China's food safety mechanism and the lack of laws and regulations, China's food safety has been difficult to have ess. Regarding China's future food security, the government should appropriately adjust mechanisms and functions of government and use government authority involved in food safety legislation, law enforcement, judicial, legal supervision, to intensify efforts to crack down on unsafe food and promote good corporate self-discipline and social supervision to solve this problem of food safety to ensure the stable development of China's socialist construction.
