随着中国经济的持续高速发展,现代计算机技术、网络技术以及通信技术已在各领域得到了广泛应用。尤其是2008年奥运会申办成功,以互联网、多媒体数据库及电子商务等以计算机和通讯技术为核心的现代信息科技,给工程项目的科学管理提供了先进的实现方式和手段。与此同时,工程项目管理的核心竞争力越来越依赖于信息技术,使得工程项目管理的信息化建设成为了必然趋势。
目前,我国的工程项目逐渐呈现出投资规模大、施工技术复杂、工期要求紧、项目参与单位众多、信息沟通复杂、社会影响面广等特点,这为工程项目的科学管理提出了严峻的挑战。因此,工程项目管理的信息化建设成为摆在我们面前的一个艰巨任务。本文从工程项目管理信息化建设的内涵入手,在对信息化建设认识和思考的基础上,针对现状存在的一些焦点问题进行了探讨和原因分析,提出了相应的对策和建议,结合成功实施信息化建设的工程项目进行了应用效果评析,并展望了我国工程项目管理信息化建设的应用发展趋势。

ABSTRACT
With the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy, network technology munication technology has been widely applied in various fields. In particular, the 2008 Olympic Games bid is essful, the , multimedia databases, and merce puter munications technology as the core of modern information technology to the scientific management of the project implementation of advanced methods and means. At the same time, the project management petencies are increasingly dependent on information technology, making project management information technology has e an inevitable trend.
At present, our project has shown a gradual large-scale investment, construction and plexity, demands tight schedule, the project number of the participating units, information, communication and plexity of the social impact of a wide range of characteristics, which for the scientific management of the project posed a severe challenge. Therefore, the project management of information technology in front of us into a difficult task. In this paper, the construction of the project management information content of start construction on the information on the basis of knowledge and thinking for the status quo there is some major issues discussed and the cause analysis, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, combined with the essful implementation of information construction projects carried out application effects assessment, and
