摘要
土地是人类赖以生存的基础,在土地数量固定的情况下,随着经济的发展人口急剧的增加使土地及土地资源的负荷增大,在城市,土地及土地资源的有限性与人口急剧增长,社会经济发展之间的矛盾日益尖锐。随之而来的交通拥挤、环境污染、耕地减少、资源短缺等“城市病”都有待我们的解决。本文通过对河北省石家庄市桥西区相关土地数据资料的研究,分析石家庄市桥西区各类土地的利用现状及利用过程中存在的问题:耕地面积减少;城市土地节约利用程度不高;城市土地利用规模失控;城市土地利用结构不够合理等。最后结合当地实际情况对发现的问题提出适当的解决办法:保护耕地;节约利用城市土地,提高城市土地利用效益;控制城市土地规模;优化城市土地利用结构等。最终使城市土地利用更为合理有效,为城市人口提供一个更为舒适的生活环境,为城市健康持续的发展,城市经济的健康增长,城市资源的持续利用提供土地保障。

Abstract
Land is the basis for human life, in the case of a fixed amount of land, with the economic development of rapid increase of population to land and land resources of the load increases, in the city, land and the limited land resources and rapid population growth socio-economic development of the contradiction between the increasingly acute. Followed by traffic jams, environmental pollution, reduction of arable land, shortage of resources such as "urban disease" all in need of solution. Based on the relevant land Shijiazhuang Shiqiao Western analysis of data to identify various types of Shijiazhuang Western Shiqiao status and use of land use problems in the process: reduction of arable land; economical use of urban land is not high; City the scale of land use control; urban land use structure not reasonable. Finally, the local conditions found in the issue of the appropriate solution: protection of cultivated land; economical use of urban land, increased urban land use efficiency; control the scale of urban land; optimize urban land use structure. Ultimately a more rational and efficient urban land use for urban populations to provide a fortable living environment for healthy and sustainable urban development, urban economy and healthy growth, sustainable use of city resources to provide land for protection.
