前言
在办公自动化的今天,计算机应用已经是非常普及的一种手段,成为企业现代化管理的标志之一。作为一名计算机专业的毕业生,了解开发管理信息系统对自己有着非常重要的意义。
随着经济的发展,企业正朝着大型化、规模化发展,而对于大中型企业,员工、职称等跟工资管理有关的信息随之急剧增加。在这种情况下单靠人工来处理员工的工资不但显得力不从心,而且极容易出错。
本文主要讲述了一个企业的工资管理信息系统的设计过程。该系统的具体任务就是由计算机来代替一系列诸如增加新员工、删除旧员工、工资修改、查询、统计及打印等操作。这样就使办公人员可以轻松快捷地完成工资管理的任务。
本系统完全由Microsoft公司的Visual FoxPro ,具有如下优点:

管理信息系统(MIS)是集计算机技术、网络通信技术为一体的信息系统工程。它能使企业运行的数据更加准确、及时、全面、详实,同时对各种信息进一步地加工,以便为企业领导层对生产、经营更够更好、更准确地制订决策提供充分的依据,同时也更具有合理性、科学性,并创造出更多的发展机会;为企业的科学化、合理化、制度化、规范化管理,为企业的管理水平跨上新台阶,为企业持续、健康、稳定地发展打下基础。
本文首先对管理信息系统的发展历史、应用、发展方向及其特点进行了简单介绍,并详细说明了管理信息系统的开发方式、开发方法、开发过程。然后,详细描述了我所做的企业管理系统的开发过程,包括目标设计、开发和运行环境的选择、系统功能分析、系统功能模块设计、数据库需求分析、数据库概念结构设计、数据库逻辑结构设计、数据库结构实现、各个功能模块的创建等具体过程。
