摘要
随着社会的进步,人们的生活水平日益提高,人们的需求也越来越多,家电产品是人们日常生活必不可少的生活用品,人们对电器产品的要求从实用性、可靠性己经提高到对舒适性、美观性、安全性、实用经济性等方面的考虑。对电器产品的这种不断提出的新要求,促使电器产品的外观不断的改进,零件的生产技术也不断得到新的发展,使家电产品外壳零件成形技术在成形领域中占有越来越重要的地位。目前,电器产品的外形设计及加工技术日益受到了国内外的高度重视,德国、美国、日本等发达国家在这方面的研究已经取得相当的进展。他们的电器产品外观美观,让人赏心悦目,而且设计高效快捷,产品更新换代加快。本次毕业设计设计的是一种安全性能高、效率高、坚固耐用、结构简单便于维修和保管的甘蔗榨汁机,甘蔗通过轧辊压榨之后,甘蔗渣排出机体,甘蔗汁则流入甘蔗汁容器中。论文中对机体,传动机构,轴,键等做了设计,并进行校核,从而确保甘蔗榨汁机设计合理,并且耐用。
