摘要
随着全球信息化的迅猛发展,传统的办公方式已经不能够满足现代企业信息化建设的要求。构建内部企业信息网(),实现办公自动化(OA)已经成为一种迫切的需要。企业借助计算机网络实现资源的共享,信息高速、及时、准确的传递已成为提高工作效率和加强市场竞争力的有效手段。
本文根据提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路,运用工作流管理系统的思想,AP)的实例,阐述了作为工作流管理系统的有机部分——OA系统的设计开发过程以及工作流管理系统的技术实现。全文贯穿工作流管理系统、办公自动化的系统设计思想,结合电子商务(E-Business)、企业业务流程再造(Business Process Reengineering)等现代企业经营管理理念,利用WEB和数据库技术,本着降低企业经营成本、提高企业竞争力的目的,以期让中国汽车认证中心能够在竞争日益激烈的认证行业处于有利地位,提高在业界的影响力。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of global informationization, traditional working mode can’t meet the need of modern enterprise informationization construction. It is emergent for us to establish internal and implement OA. Enterprise can share resources by means work and carry messages with high speed, right time and no mistake, which is ing an efficient avenue to improve efficiency and petence.
Abiding by the way of putting forward question, analyzing it and finding answer, using the thought of WFMS bining the example AP, this article is aiming to explain the design and development process of OA system which is regarded as the important part of WFMS. Furthermore, readers’ understanding of technical architecture of WFMS will be more expectation. Entire paper clearly follows the thoughts of WFMS, OA, and modern enterprise management idea like E-Business and Business Process Reengineering. In addition, with the goal of relieving operation cost and enhancing petence, AP OA System has utilized WEB and Database in order to AP gain more advantages in the petitive environment and enhance impressiveness in the industry.
