宽厚连铸板坯角部裂纹控制技术

摘要直弧型连铸机自身特点,生产宽厚板坯时容易出现角部横裂纹,也容易出现角部纵裂纹。通过偏喷嘴,二
冷动态配水,大倒角结晶器等技术,板坯温度避开钢的第三脆性区; 大倒角结晶器,直弧型连铸机对弧,板坯宽窄
面鼓肚预防等技术降低了坯壳所受到的应力,两方面的综合效果使板坯角部裂纹形成的几率明显降低,基本解决板
坯角部横裂纹和纵裂纹问题。

Abstract Straight characteristics arc continuous caster, the production of transverse corner cracks in generous slab of
falling, and prone to Angle and longitudinal crack. By partial nozzle, secondary cooling dynamic water distribution, large
chamfer mould technology, such as the slab temperature to avoid the third brittle zone of steel; big chamfer mould, straight
arc continuous caster of arc, the slab width drum belly prevention technology reduces the stress of the shell is, two aspects
of prehensive effect to reduce the risk of the slab corner crack formation, basically solved the slab corner transverse
cracks and longitudinal crack problem.
