题目名称:我国商业银行风险管理分析与对策
摘要
自商业银行产生,风险就与之相伴、形影不离。随着银行业务的不断发展和市场竞争的加剧,银行业风险也呈现出复杂多变的特征。金融是现代经济的核心,银行业则是金融业的重要组成部分,随着人们对金融风险的重视和认识的加深,国际银行风险管理的内涵和理念不断深化,水平也在个断提高。
中国是处于转型过程中的发展中国家,外部经济环境较为复杂,银行业发展还很不成熟,风险的表现形式更为特殊,这对风险管理提出了更高的要求。本文从商业银行风险管理的一般理论出发,概述了商业银行风险管理的定义、目标、分类及意义,然后比较系统地阐述了我国目前商业银行风险管理的现状,指出我国商业银行风险管理中存在的不足。最后针对目前我国商业银行风险管理的客观现状通过案例从国外商业银行风险管理给予分析研究,并从中借鉴,分析得出我国商业银行风险管理的对策及建议。
