Assessment Method of Forwarder Management of CASC
International forwarders selected must have “the certificate of approval of international forwarders of P. R C.” issued by Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC). International forwarders with good reputation and good financial status must have fixed operating offices with high quality of employees of possessing professional skills, and have business links both domestic and international.
The forwarders who meet item 1 will be selected as candidates for one-year period of time for probation, and then sign formal contract after passing examination.
