Export Contract Management Method
1 Purpose
This method is made with the purpose of anizational goals of export business, promoting export increase, efficiently managing each step and work-flow of export business, improving the quality of all processes of contract to meet demand or users satisfactory.

Pursuant to permitted-operation scope of pany, we mainly export aviation equipment (including aircraft, engine, spare parts, airport infrastructure) and aviation products related, civil aircraft products, mechanic & electronic products, chemical product etc., and various products involved under export trading.
Collection and/or Disposition
The collection and/or settlement of export business information
Export Department collects information of products capable to be exported, supplier information and purchasing inquiry of foreign importers.
Export Department and persons in charge are responsible for information collection and settlement, while other departments shall take proactive action to assist Export Department for information collection when they get the information concerned by any chances.
