Chapter 1 General principles
Contract is a legal document stipulating rights and obligations of both parties. The criterion of contract signed by two parties, whether it is consistent with laws and regulations, is closely linked with profitability and reputations of pany.
This method pursuant to Contract Law of the People’s Republic es to use with purpose of regulating our foreign business procedures, guaranteeing legal rights of pany and our clients, maintaining reputation of our nation outside, executing industrial polices and import & export trading polices of our nation.
Contract in this method refers to import contract, agreement and orders signed panies according to clients entrustment. It includes order agreement on aircraft, engine, leasing agreement of aircraft and/or engine, general agreement of orders on spare parts, spare parts orders, repairing general agreement of aircraft, engine and its attachment, repairing and claim contract, mail-sales agreement on spare parts of aircraft and/or engine,
All contracts must be carried out in accordance with this method and relative Laws and Regulations of State.
