This management is made with the purpose of strengthening the cooperation between the said departments; enhancing work efficiency; ensuring safety, prompt, and precise supplying; providing high quality & efficient services to clients. The concrete procedures of business handover in departments are as below.
Management methods of goods repairing & claims
Goods delivered by local cargo carriers for facilitating of repairing & claims procedures, Huachai Cargo Dept. shall undertake handover procedures in writing with Business Dept. immediately within the day. Business Dept. is required to conduct examination on quantities of goods, consignor, B/L No. and packing conditions.
Business Dept. shall immediately make exports contract, packing list, shipper’s letter of instruction, customs clearance sheet for exports within two days without special circumstances after receiving goods of repairing & claims.
Correct documentations made by Business Dept. along with goods shall be sent to Huachai Cargo Dept. for conducting delivery procedures.
