Suppliers Selection Evaluation Management
1 Definition
Suppliers: Organizations or individuals that provide goods. It refers to domestic or foreign manufacturers who provide goods for customers, agencies and anizations or individuals that provide the following import & export services defined as transportation, Customs clearance, inspection and insurance coverage. It refers anizations or individuals that carry out bidding business procedures, such as bid evaluation panel, companies are responsible for bid documents printing, mass medias conducts release of bid announcement. It refers anizations that provide maintenance & repairing service for office stationary and equipment of pany.
Suppliers of aviation products refer to original manufacturers, collaboration manufacturer, agencies, which manufacture products define below purchased by customers, and panies or materials suppliers of the said products.
Manufacture products: aircraft, engine, spare parts and airport infrastructure etc.
2 Responsibilities.
1 ) Business Unit one, Unit two and Unit three are responsible for evaluation and track evaluation of domestic or foreign suppliers in process of importing & expo
