摘要
随着科技化,信息化的发展,企业作为市场的主体,始终是以利润最大化为目的,节约成本支出。通常情况下,由于采购部门往往能控制40%—50%的金额量,减少材料成本对一个公司的成本控制有着举足轻重的影响。另外,如果在这一方面进行控制,可以以现有的人员,常常不需要额外的支出或投资就能降低材料成本。
近些年来,随着采购信息管理系统的逐步普及,越来越多的企业在采购成本控制上取得了长足的进步。但随着企业间竞争的日益激烈,利用更先进的科学工具来进行内部采购控制逐步成为更大的需求。
决策支持系统(Decision Support System,简称DSS)是辅助决策者通过数学模型知识,以人机交互式进行半结构化或非结构化决策的计算机系统。它是管理信息系统(MIS)向更高一级发展而产生的先进信息管理系统。它为决策者提供分析问题、建立模型、模拟决策过程和方案的环境,调用各种信息资源和分析工具,帮助决策者提高决策水平和质量。
本文主要阐述了DSS系统在生产企业采购过程中的应用,论文通过分析生产企业内部采购的相关流程和规定。这里的生产企业主要是指工程施工单位。
然后将这些信息进行归纳整理,形成相关的业务流程和采购决策流程图,这些流程形成了整个决策支持系统的基本框架。同时收集相关的用于采购决策的报表,提取其格式信息,形成相对应的数据库,这些数据库形成决策支持系统的最底层数据流。然后针对这些数据进行建模,建模过程中结合了本人在大学时期所学的物流知识。
最后采用Visual ,对上述过程进行实现。

Abstract
Along with the development of information technology, the market, the enterprise as main body, always is for the purpose of profit maximization, save costs. Normally, due to the procurement department often can control the amount of 40-50%, it can reduce the cost of materials to pany's cost control has significant influence. Additionally, if in this aspect, can control by the existing staff, often do not need additional expenses or investment can reduce the material cost.
In recent years, with the purchasing information management system gradually popular, more and more enterprises in the purchasing cost control have made good progress. But with the increasingly petition between enterprises, use more advanced scientific tools for internal procurement control gradually into a greater demand.
