摘要目的比较光纤法与药典法测定氨茶碱片溶出度的利弊已改
。方法采用FODT-601光纤药物溶出仪,测定某厂家8批次氨茶碱片溶出度,并与药典法测定结果进行比较。结果:光纤法溶出度测定结果是什么结果高?溶出度、变异度或其他?已修改
普遍高于药典法,且该厂家8批次氨茶碱片间的溶出曲线差异较大。结论: 光纤法测定结果普遍高于药典法,且能客观反映氨茶碱片溶出全过程。已改
与前面的结果内容不对应。本文的主要目的是比较这两种方法,其次才是评价药品质量。

Abstract: Objective: pare the advantages and disadvantages of adopting fibre optical method and pharmacopeia method to assay the dissolution of aminophylline tablets. Methods: Using dissolution tester of fibre optical drug to assay aminophylline’s dissolution of eight batches in a factory and pare the results with the results we get from pharmacopeia method.
