摘要目的比较光纤法与药典法测定氨茶碱片溶出度的利弊已改
。方法采用FODT-601光纤药物溶出仪,测定某厂家8批次氨茶碱片溶出度,并与药典法测定结果进行比较。结果:光纤法溶出度测定结果是什么结果高?溶出度、变异度或其他?已修改
普遍高于药典法,且该厂家8批次氨茶碱片间的溶出曲线差异较大。结论: 光纤法测定结果普遍高于药典法,且能客观反映氨茶碱片溶出全过程。已改
与前面的结果内容不对应。本文的主要目的是比较这两种方法,其次才是评价药品质量。

Abstract: Objective: pare the advantages and disadvantages of adopting fibre optical method and pharmacopeia method to assay the dissolution of aminophylline tablets. Methods: Using dissolution tester of fibre optical drug to assay aminophylline’s dissolution of eight batches in a factory and pare the results with the results we get from pharmacopeia method. Results: The results of fibre optical method are generally higher than that of pharmacopeia method and there are great differences among the aminophylline dissolution curves of the eight batches in this factory and.
