自动装箱测控系统的设计
摘要
自上世纪以来,人类的科技水平进入了全面发展的时期,尤其是在电子技术领域,自动化已经遍布我们的生活。自动化技术的提升能大幅度的提高国民经济,这在包装行业中表现的特别突出。现如今,在一些大型工厂、企业中,包装生产线早已实现了包装自动化。随着生产线上的控制系统,监测系统的不断发展,包装生产线上的故障率不断降低,产品损耗也不断降低。自动化生产的高速发展,使得企业的生产效率成倍提高,可以说生产线上的自动化水平越高,为企业和社会带来的现实的经济利益越可观。本文研究的就是包装生产线上的自动装箱控制系统,对系统的各个部分将进行详细的介绍,包括系统各部分的方案的选择,所用到的元器件的功能和使用方法等。
自动装箱控制系统的主电路部分是采用AT89C52单片机以及74LS373等芯片所构成的一个简单的微机系统。为了方便读取键盘的给定参数,完成产品的检测和对系统的控制,在系统设计中,专门使用一个8255A做单片机的扩展I/O接口。在论文中将对自动装箱控制系统进行较详细的阐述,以及提供具体的系统设计。在系统的编程控制部分,结合软件和硬件来进行程序的设计,最终达到自动装箱控制系统的设计要求。
在本文中,首先介绍论文设计的整体思路;然后围绕着系统的设计要求,对各部分做个详细的阐述;最后完成整个系统的构建。

ABSTRACT
Since the last century, the level of human technology into prehensive development period, especially in the fields of electronic technology, automation has been in our of automation technology can greatly contributed to the national economy. In the packaging industry show special highlights. Nowadays, in some large factories, enterprises and packaging lines have long been packaged automation. With the control system of production line, continuous development of monitoring system, decreasing failure rates of packaging product line and product losses have been reduced. The rapid development of automated production that results in doubling production efficiency, can be said that the higher level of automation production line, bring real economic benefits for businesses and society is considerable. Automatic packing machine control system in this paper is the study of thepackaging production line, on the various parts of the system will beintroduced in detail, including the selection of each part of the system, ponents of the function and the method of use.
