摘要
本设计研究的是煤矿中应用的支撑掩护式液压支架和液压支架的底座设计。支撑掩护式液压支架在煤炭行业是一种重要的支护设备,液压支架是综采工作面支护设备,它的主要用途是支撑煤层的顶部,保证大范围的通风,推移工作配套设备。
液压支架主要是以高压液体作动力、由液压元件(液压缸和液压阀)与金属构件组成一种支撑和管理顶板的自移式设备,它不仅能实现支撑、切顶和隔离采空区,而且还能使支架本身前移和推动输送机。
底座是支架的主要部件,顶板的载荷通过支架传递给底座。液压支架的四连杆机构包括底座。支架通过底座和推移的机构连接来使配套设备的移动。底座的结构形式分为分式铰接底座和钢性底座。

Abstract
This design research is used in coal mine support screen type hydraulic support and the base of the hydraulic support design. Support screen type hydraulic support in coal industry is an important supporting device, hydraulic support is the fully mechanized coal face supporting equipment, its main purpose is to support the top of the coal seam, to ensure a wide range of ventilation and goes on working equipment.
Hydraulic support is the high pressure liquid as dynamic, dominated by ponents (hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic valve) and ponent of a roof support and management of the move type equipment, it can not only realize support, cut the top and isolation of mined-out area, but also can make the reach the stents themselves and promote the conveyor.
Base is a major part of the stent, the roof load by stent is passed to the base. Four bar linkage includes base of hydraulic support. Stent through the base and connected to form plete set of equipment of the mobile. The structure of the base is divided into fraction base hinged and rigid base.
