摘要
本工程为祥华商店住宅楼,建筑面积5700 m2,占地面积1000m2,六层,,采用框架结构,柱下独立基础,设计基准期50年,结构安全等级为二级,抗震设防烈度为7度。建筑设计本着“功能适用,经济合理,造型美观,环境相宜”的原则,以国家相应规范、标准为依据,完成了设计任务书所要求的建筑平面设计,并在此基础上进行了立面、剖面、建筑详图设计,共画出建筑图4张。结构设计本着“安全,适用,耐久”的原则,进行了竖向荷载汇集,水平荷载汇集,内力计算,内力组合,结构抗震验算,板、梁、柱、楼梯、基础等结构构件的设计。共画出结构图4张。

Abstruct

The architectural design is suitable in line with the "function, economy reasonable, the modeling is artistic, the conditions suitable" principle, take the national corresponding standard, the standard as the basis, pleted the construction plane design which the design project description requires, and carried on in this foundation has set up the surface, the section plane, the architecture detail design, altogether drew the construction to attempt 4. Structural design in line with "security, suitable, durable" principle, has carried on the vertical load collection, horizontal load collection, endogenic putation, endogenic bination, structure earthquake resistance,board, Liang, column, staircase, foundation ponent design. Altogether draws structure drawing 4.

祥华商店住宅楼设计
1 工程概况
本工程为北方某市繁华地段的一栋临街商铺式住宅楼,底层为商业营业厅,上部为典型住宅楼。主体共6层,总建筑面积约为,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。底层为商店,上部为住宅,住宅总套数为40套。
2 结构布置及计算简图
根据该房屋的使用功能和及建筑设计要求,进行建筑平,立,剖设计,其标准层建筑平面图, 结构平面图,剖面图和计算简图分别见图1,2,3,4。主体共6层,底层为商店,,2至6层为住宅,层高为3m,底层商店采用营业厅门采用卷帘门和玻璃门,楼梯入口和入户门均采用防盗门,其余都采用木门,,由此估算的梁截面尺寸见表1,各层梁,板,柱的混凝土强度均采用C30.
