内容摘要
在科技不断进步、信息技术逐渐成为当今社会主流的时代背景下,物流企业的竞争日趋激烈,管理水平也越来越受到企业管理者的高度重视,信息资源的快速处理、交换和共享超越了时空的限制。随着网络技术的飞速发展,管理的手段和技术正在不断更新。管理信息系统正在发挥着越来越重要的作用。
本文对上海允和物流公司的物流管理信息系统进行了研究,在阐述物流信息管理系统基本概念的基础上,对公司的物流信息管理系统现状进行了分析,指出了其存在的问题,最后提出了改进公司物流信息系统的对策,希望对我国物流企业的信息化发展有所启示和帮助。

Abstract
With the increasing advancement of the science and technology and especially the extensive application of the information technology the petitions panies let the managers pay more attentions to management level of the logistics corporations. It is the fast works technology that makes the information resources treated, exchanged and shared without the patio-temporal restriction.
