摘要
随着化石能源的日益枯竭、人们对环境保护问题的重视程度不断提高,寻找洁净的替代能源问题变得越来越迫切。太阳能作为一种可再生清洁能源,并可持续利用,因此有着广阔的应用前景,光伏发电技术也越来越受到人们的关注。为了能使光伏产品得到普及,进一步提高效率、降低成本是光电池的发展趋势。提高太阳能电池转换效率,降低成本,关键是提高太阳能的利用率。本文在详细介绍太阳能电池工作原理、基本结构及主要特性的基础上,研究了太阳能电池的加工工艺。具体内容如下:分析了太阳能电池的转换效率及影响因素,并研究了提高太阳能电池转换效率的主要技术,如减少反射损失技术、减少载流子损失技术和减少光透射损失技术等。

The Principle and Processing of Solar Cell Technology Research
ABSTRACT
With the increasing depletion of fossil energy, environmental protection awareness of the importance and the constant increase, look for clean alternative energy issues e more urgent. Solar energy as a renewable clean energy, and sustainable use, it has broad application prospects, photovoltaic power generation technology is more and more attention. In order to make photovoltaic products have been popular, and further improve efficiency, reduce costs is the development trend of photovoltaic cells. Improve solar cell conversion efficiency, reduce costs, the key is to improve the utilization of solar energy. This article describes in detail the working principle of solar cells, the basic structure and main features, based on studies of the solar cell processing technology. Details are as follows: analysis of the solar cell conversion efficiency and the impact factors and research to improve solar cell conversion efficiency of the major technologies, such as technology to reduce reflection losses, reduce the loss of carrier technologies and reduce the loss of light transmission technology.
