摘要:目的探讨人性化护理模式对无痛人流患者心理状况的影响。方法对73例无痛人流患者在术前给予人性化护理,采用GQOLI 评分和PANSSE 评分,检测干预前后其心理状态的变化并加以分析。结果干预后患者GQOLI 评分和PANSSE 评分均有显著性改善,两组对比具有统计学意义,(P<)。结论在人流手术前给予患者人性化护理干预,能改善患者心理状态,提高身心舒适度,并能增强患者信任度和配合意识,提高手术效果,减少术后并发症,是值得考虑的临床护理模式之一。

Influence of Humanalized Nursing Model on psychologic status of patients with painless artificial abortion

[Abstract] Objectives To investigate the influence of humanalized nursing model on psychologic status of patients with painless artificial abortion. Methods According to the score of GQOLI and PANSSE ,73 cases of painless surgery in patients with preoperative humanalized nursing were measured the change of psychologic status before and after interference . Simultaneously the change have been further analized . Results After interference the score of GQOLI and PANSSE of the patients have been improved considerably.
