3种外源激素对山白树种子无菌萌发的影响

摘要:用附加不同浓度 GA3、- BA和 IBA的 MS培养基,在有光或无光的条件下对山白树种子进行
无菌培养,探讨不同外源激素和光照对山白树种子发芽率的影响。结果显示:在无菌培养条件下,外源
激素 GA3、6 - BA和 IB A均可极显著地提高山白树种子的发芽率与幼苗的生长速率,其中 GA3在有光
的情况下对山白树种子发芽率影响最显著,发芽率可达到 83. 3 %。
