--基于安徽省桐城市基层公务员心理健康状况调查的实证分析
摘要:近年来,持续高涨的“公务员热”聚焦了公众和媒体的关注。在公众看来,公务员似乎就是“光宗耀祖”“高官厚禄”代名词。但随着频繁的“公务员自杀事件”在媒体上报道,人们开始关注到公务员这一特殊群体的心理健康问题。本文将视角聚焦在基层公务员的心理健康状况上,以安徽省桐城市的基层公务员为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式收集数据资料,从基层公务员工作压力、社会压力、心理压力等多方面解析基层公务员心理状况存在的问题,并对存在的问题做多层次原因分析,从而提出相应的干预机制。为维护基层公务员的身心健康,保证政府实际工作绩效的实现略尽绵薄之力。

Explore the Psychological Situation of Junior Civil Servants and Intervention Mechanism

Abstact:In recent years,continued high "Civil service" focus public and media attention。In public opinion, Civil service seems to be the synonymous “family line”and“wealth”. But with frequent "public servants suicides" in the media reports, people started to pay attention to mental health problems of this special group of civil servants. This article will be focused on the mental health of the grass-roots civil servants, Tongcheng, Anhui Province of junior civil servants for the study, data collected through questionnaires, and other civil servants from the grassroots pressure, social pressure, psychological stress and many grass-roots civil servants to resolve problems in mental status, problems and reasons to do multi-level analysis, which made the intervention mechanisms. To maintain the health of junior civil servants, ensure the realization of the actual government job performance a little humble.
