摘要:人工合成麝香作为一种替代型香料被广泛应用于日用化工行业,由于其持续不断地输入环境,其中的一些典型化合物如加乐麝香和吐纳麝香等在水、土壤和大气环境中的浓度日益升高,并且在动物体和人体组织中产生了蓄积作用,其效应相当于持久性有机污染物。本文综述了合成麝香的主要种类、环境污染现状和生物毒性效应(主要为环境激素效应、遗传毒性效应、酶活性影响和生物富集效应)。并结合合成麝香的处理技术现状对合成麝香的研究做出了展望。

Abstract:Synthetic musks are widely used as fragrances in the personalcare to their continuous input to the environment, typicalsynthetic musks such as Galaxolide and Tonalide are increasingly found in water, soil and air, and also accumulate in the tissues of animals and distribution of synthetic musks in the environment resembles that of anic pollutants(POPs).This paper reviews the major types of synthetic musk,environmental pollution status of synthetic musk and its biologicaltoxicity(mainlyforenvironmental hormone effect, genotoxic effects, impacts on Enzyme activityandbiologicalof enrichment).made prospects on research of synthetic bined with status ofthe processingtechnology.

前言
麝香,是鹿科动物麝的雄性香腺囊中的分泌物干燥而成,是一种高级香料,也是是十分名贵的药材,含有丰富的营养成份。近年来,天然麝香已经无法满足人类日益增长的需求,因而合成麝香逐渐成为了人类广泛使用的天然麝香替代物。
