中小企业融资渠道与策略研究
摘要
长期以来,中小企业的发展在我国国民经济体系的建设中发挥了重要的作用。但是它的发展却受到资金的制约,解决中小企业融资难的问题已经迫在眉睫。因此有必要要对我国中小企业融资中存在的问题及其成因进行剖析并制定出相应的措施。本文对中小企业融资现状和融资困难的原因进行分析,得出我国的社会金融体系不够完善、信用担保不成熟、银企信息不对称、企业自身体制不健全、信用等级度低等都是造成中小企业融资困难的主要因素。并在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上,结合我国国情,提出要从中小企业自身抓起,切实提高企业总体素质,同时建立多层次、全方位、完善的中小企业融资支持体系和健全的经营机制,改善中小企业融资的宏观政策环境,才能保障中小企业健康快速的发展,促进我国国民经济健康发展。

Research on the Small and Medium Enterprise financing channels and strategy
Abstract
For a long time, small and medium enterprises have played important roles in the development of specially financing bottle-neck. It is necessary to settle to solve the financing problem. First, we should analyze the financing problems of small and medium enterprises and make corresponding steps. This paper mainly analyze the presenting conditions and the causes of financing plight, e to the conclusion. They are the principal factors which make the small and medium enterprises hard to finance, such as the imperfection social financing system; immaturity of credit warranty; a symmetric information of the enterprises; unsound system of enterprises themselves; the low credits and so on. On the bases of benefiting from foreign experiences and fundamental realities of our country, we will get down to improve the quality of their owns. At the same time, we also accelerate to build multi-levels, perfect supportive financing systemand improve the macro-policy environment. In this case, we can ensure the quick and heal
