Fractures 骨折
A fracture is a break in the continuity of a bone. It can be either plete break or a partial break
n 骨折指骨骼的完整性被中断,可能是完全性断裂或部分性断裂。

Classification of Fractures 骨折分类
Closed:No wound or break in the skin
闭合性:皮肤无破裂和损伤
Open Fracture with an open wound
开放性:骨折又同时有开放性伤口
Complicated Involving other structure
复合性:伴有其它结构损伤

Signs and Symptoms of Fractures 骨折症状及体征
History : Normally follows a fall, blow or crush
病史: 常常有跌倒、重击或挤压的历史
Pain: Usually severe, increases if moved
疼痛: 通常很严重,且随活动而加剧
Swelling:Caused by internal bleeding, which may be severe
肿胀:由内出血引起,可能会很严重
Deformity: Shortening / Rotation
变形: 短缩/扭转
Function: May be lost
功能: 丧失或部分丧失
FRC - 5
Treatment of Fractures 骨折的治疗
Stop severe bleeding 止血
Remove constrictions where possible 可能情况下去除紧压物
Cover open wounds     覆盖开放性伤口
Immobilise injured part/s    创伤部位制动
joint above and below injury 关节以上受伤部位以下
Do not move until injuries treated  创伤未处理前勿搬动
aim to prevent closed fracture ing open plicatedmu 目的在于避免闭合性骨
折变成开放性或复合性骨折
Treat shock  治疗休克
FRC - 6
休克—
严重外伤、大型骨折或多发性或开放性骨折、大出血、软组织严重损伤引起的剧烈疼痛,均可引起休克
肿胀—
由于骨髓和骨膜及周围软组织损伤、血管破裂而出血,都可引起皮下瘀血和肿胀
