随着市场经济体制的不断深化,我国企业意识到在改革和发展过程中面临着越来越多、越来越复杂的财务风险。这些风险给企业经营造成了极大的冲击,并直接影响到整个卷全球的金融危机影响下,使国家和各相关社会群体更充分的认识到必须通过对风险的识别,建立风险评估体系和进行风险控制,来预防或化解风险的发生,将风险造成的损失降到最低程度。本文主要是从企业财务风险定义入手,分析我国企业财务风险形成的原因,制定有效的防范措施,并在此基础上建立相应的财务预警系统,防范和化解企业财务风险,保证现代企业的财务状况永远处于稳健状态,立于不败之地。

Abstract
Along with market economy system reform deepening, the petition is fierce day by day, the enterprise in the business process at will encounter all sorts of risks. The risk for enterprise management caused a great impact and directly affect the development of national economy and social stability. Especially in just over the global financial crisis, and under the influence of various social groups more fully aware that must be based on the risk identification, risk assessment system and risk control, to prevent or risks, risks to minimize damage. This paper starts from the definition of the financial risks of enterprise, analyzes the reasons of the formation of enterprise financial risk, financial risk, formulate measures of effective preventive measures, and based on the corresponding control risk early-warning system, prevent and dissolve the financial risks of enterprise, to keep healthy, stable and rapid development, has the vital significance.

财务风险是企业在财务管理过程中必须面对的一个现实问题,财务风险是客观存在的,企业管理者对财务风险只有采取有效措施来降低风险,而不可能完全消除风
