摘要
本系统是从现代化企业管理中的人事管理现状出发,为适应当前企业对人事管理信息化的迫切需求而开发一个操作简单而且方便实用的人事管理系统。本系统是一个典型的信息管理系统,它的开发主要包括两个方面,一是后台数据库的建立,维护。二是前端应用程序的开发。数据库文件是集中存储并管理人事信息的大本营,它要求具有数据的一致性和安全性。而对于前端的应用程序则要求有友好的用户界面,易操作,易使用等特点。
在本系统开发中,使用原型法(Rapid Prototyping)即以少量代价快速地构造一个可执行的软件系统模型。使用户可以较快地确定需求,然后采用循环进化的开发方式,对系统模型作连续的精化,将系统需具备的性质逐渐增加上去,直到所有的性质全部满足。
本系统主要包括人员基本情况管理和考勤管理等几个方面的功能, 提供员工记录的添加,查询,删除,员工考勤的登记和统计,生成有关报表,统计图表。以实现用户方便的输入、查询、统计、打印相关报表的业务需求。
,后台数据库采用的是paradox数据库。

This system is that the human engineering present situation from the modernize business management being set out and being developed the simple and convenient practical human engineering system of an operation for suiting present time the urgent requirement to human engineering informationization of enterprise. This system is the information management system of model, and its development chiefly includes two aspects, and is the establishment of backstage supporter's data base, and safeguards. Secondly the bow is applied the development of procedure. The data base documents is the concentrated storage and manages the supreme headquarters of human affairs information, and it asks possessing consistency and the safety of data. And but the application procedure requirement as for the bow has friendly user interface, easy operation, characteristics such as easy use etc.
Namely uses the model law ( Rapid Prototyping ) with the a small amount price quickly to constitute one can the executive software system model in this system development. Making user can quicklyer define the requirement, then adopts the development mode of circulation evolution, to system continuous refinedization of model work, the quality need had the system increases up gradually, until all pletely satisfy.
