摘要
随着经济的发展越来越多的企业认识到人力资源管理的重要性,而在人力资源管理中绩效考核又是占有很重要的位置。一个公司的绩效考核的好与坏是非常重要的,好的绩效考核可以激励员工更加努力地为企业工作,创造更多的价值。相反有不适当的绩效考核会起到反作用。员工的绩效考核对公司来说一直是个难点,在金蝶软件公司也存在这样的问题。天津金蝶软件是一家以销售产品为主要利润来源的企业,在人力资源管理上并不是非常的完善,尤其在绩效管理方面。
本篇论文就从中小企业入手,以天津金蝶软件财务部为例:通过收集资料,实地考察,进行员工调查等手段对公司绩效考核方面进行全面了解。研究公司在绩效考核方面存在的问题,针对这些问题,运用绩效考核理论的相关知识,解决问题,完善绩效考核制度。主要设计核心是以企业战略为导向,岗位说明书为基础构建绩效考核体系,完善并推动绩效考核体系的发展。通过对这些问题的分析,运用所学知识:对天津软件绩效考核体系进行再设计。

ABSTRACT

With the development of economy more and more enterprises recognize the importance of human resource management, but in the management of human resource performance assessment is more important position. pany's performance appraisal is very important, a good performance appraisal can motivate the staff to work harder for working for pany, to create more value. Instead there are not appropriate performance appraisal will be counterproductive. Employee performance appraisal for pany is always a difficulty, in the pany also is put in such problem. Tianjin software is to sell a product as the main source of profit for the enterprise, the human resources management is not very perfect, especially in terms of performance management.
This paper is from medium and small enterprises in Tianjin, Kingdee financial department as an example the data were collected through on-the-spot investigation, survey, staff pany performance assessment is prehensive understanding of. Research on performance appraisal problems, aiming at these problems, use of performance evaluation theory of knowledge, solve problems, and improve the performance appraisal system. The main design is the core of enterprise strategy oriented, job description based on the construction of performance appraisal system, improve and promote the development of the performance appraisal system. Based on the analysis of these issues, using the learned knowledge: to Tianjin software performance evaluation system design.
