【摘要】目的:讨论环磷腺苷葡胺对心功能不全的临床治疗效果。方法:以我院2012年1月-2016年4月收治的100例心功能不全的患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组使用常规的治疗方式,观察组使用环磷腺苷葡胺进行治疗。对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为90%,对照组的治疗总有效率为72%,两组之间存在显著差异,P<,有统计学意义;治疗以后,观察组患者的血浆钠尿肽水平下降幅度明显优于对照组,两组之间存在显著差异,P<,有统计学意义;治疗以后,观察组的左室收缩功能上升幅度明显优于对照组,两组之间存在显著差异,P<,有统计学意义。结论:利用环磷腺苷葡胺治疗心功能不全,治疗效果显著,值得在临床上推广使用。
