尚文中学教学楼施工组织设计是以尚文中学教学楼建筑设计图纸和结构设计图纸为根据,结合标准图集,根据河南省建设工程工程量清单综合单价的计算规则设计和计算。本工程为尚文中学教学楼,地上五层,地基基础设计等级为乙级,基础为柱下独立基础,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。
本工程的施工组织设计主要完成的内容包括计算工程量、计算流水节拍、绘制早时标网络图、材料一次分析和二次分析、施工方案设计及绘制施工平面图。工程量计算是根据建筑物的建筑设计说明、结构设计说明及标准图集进行编制。流水节拍及双代号早时标网络图是根据上一阶段计算出的工程量,组织每个分部分项工程的流水节拍,然后根据流水节拍绘制双代号早时标网络图。一次工料分析计算出所需模板、钢筋、混凝土、砌块等的用量,工料二次分析计算出沙、石、水泥等的用量,根据工程用料量确定仓库面积,绘制相应的施工平面布置图。
施工的先后顺序和施工的流程是根据施工现场环境和当地劳动力提供情况以及材料市场的供应情况。各个工种的施工工艺。施工组织设计从而很好的实施管理计划,以缩短工期、降低控制成本为目的,采取科学合理的施工组织。

This design is based on the drawings of Shang Wen secondary school buildings along with the Henan Province construction project resilience detailed list synthesis unit putation rule fixed works of construction in terms of rules to calculate and project,Shang Wen secondary school buildings constitutes of five floors overground and part of these are designed in RC frame structure.
The project quantity calculate is planned according to the unitive fixed amount, construction drawing and architectural floor plan the flowing rhythm is according to the calculation of the amount of the last stage of the project, and the early time-work diagram is according to the flowing rhythm. Based on the project quantity calculate, we carry out the material labour. The first analysis of the quantity required to calculate the amount of the template, steel, concrete and building blocks. The second analysis of the quantity required to calculate the amount of sand, stone ,cement and other dosage. According to the usage of the project to map the construction plans.
