基于目前钢板桩施工的广泛应用, 为方便钢板桩在工程施工中的应用, 对钢板桩的应用范围, 钢板桩具有的多项优点进行了介绍。同时对常用钢板桩形式、不同钢板桩的适用工程进行了详细的论述。通过工艺流程图的形式, 对钢板桩的施工工艺、施工注意事项、特殊情况的处理措施以及施工安全注意事项都进行了详细论述, 在具体施工中具有借鉴作用。

0 引言
钢板桩工艺是指运用钢板桩在施工过程中达到基坑支护的作用的施工过程。钢板桩具有很多优点:截面宽度大, 惯性矩高, 断面形式可变, 结构形式对称, 便于重复使用, 建设费用低;施工简单, 工期缩短、耐久性良好;施工具有显著的环保效果, 大量减少了取土量和混凝土的使用量, 对土地资源起到了保护作用。
