摘要目前,旅游产品正从观光型向观光、度假和专项旅游相结合的趋势发展。度假旅游正成为发展速度最快的旅游产品。一些书籍甚至预测至2010年我国的度假旅游收入将达到7200亿元人民币,占当年旅游总收入的51%。基于这样的发展态势,昆山阳澄湖旅游度假区展开了新的规划。
本文在调查的基础上,客观地评述了目前度假区建设与发展的现状,并对一些与度假区发展关系密切、带有普遍意义的问题,如度假区的发展战略、总体功能布局、重大项目策划、基础配套设施、市场营销等进行深入的探讨。

The Development Planning For Yangchenghu Tourist Resort, Kunshan
Abstract At present, the trend of the development of travelling products is from visit to vistit and holiday which bined with special travel. Spending holidays and travelling is ing the travelling products with the fastest developing speed. Some books even predict that the tourist earnings for holidays of our country will reach 720 billion yuan until 2010, accounting for 51% of the total e of tourist of that year. Because of such developing state, the tourist holiday resort of Yangcheng Lake in Kunshan has launched a new planning.
On the basis of investigation,the paper ments on construction and development of tourist holiday resorts at present ,analyzes main problems and the causes of them ,and puts forward corresponding methods in management of tourist holiday resorts.
