"楚味”鸭颈绝对是武汉人对中华美食的新贡献。鸭脖子本身食之无味,弃之可惜。可是经过用红辣椒、花椒、八角等几十种纯天然香料进行精心烹制料理之后,再剁成一节节的,大小刚好能在嘴巴里自由转动。 鸭颈肉层次分明,颇有嚼劲,肉啃完后,接着吸吮骨节中间的骨髓,“滋溜”一声,让人觉得颇有成就感。 武汉人喜欢吃鸭脖子,因为它味足、够劲,回味无穷。 其实,湖北小吃还有很多,我这里就不逐一列举了,有机会的话“食客们"可以去那里亲自品尝地道的湖北特色小吃。
