大连机场空港物流园区规划设计
摘要
物流园区是物流供应链的主要环节,也是物流系统的重要节点。大连机场空港物流园区的规划与布局是物流园区建设的关键。因此,合理的规划布置使园区建设项目的预期目标、航空物流园区预定功能能有效、经济、安全地实现,是航空物流园区未来高效运行的基础。
本文对大连机场空港物流园区进行了科学合理的布局规划设计,提出了规划设计方案。通过对大连机场航空货邮吞吐量进行预测,以及对建设规模的分析,确定物流园区的功能模块。提出仓储配送区、保税物流区、管理商务区等七大功能分区。并借鉴国内外成功的物流园区规划案例确定各主要作业区域面积,再根据大连机场的实际情况提出了物流园区的整体布局规划方案。

THE PLANNING AND DESIGN OF DALIAN AIRPORT LOGISTICS PARK
ABSTRACT
